General Information

In this biology internal you will be looking into types of genetic manipulation to determine how they work, the benefits, and the risks. An absolute must do for those who enjoyed genetic expression and variation at Level 2

In this internal you will:

(1) Watch our LearnCoach teaching videos to learn the basics about different methods of genetic manipulation.
(2) Do research to learn more about the issue, using the LearnCoach videos to guide you.
(3) Write a report on your topic, hand it in and get your credits

This assessment is based on on the NZQA 91607 achievement standard (version 2) document.

Prerequisites

Before taking Biology 3.7 LearnCoach recommends you should have passed some Level 2 biology internals or externals. If you have not done this, some of the concepts in the internal may be unfamiliar to you and you may find it a challenge. 


If you've sat a similar standard in the past that has now expired, you cannot get the same credits a second time. Check the 'Exclusions List' to see recently updated standards.
