This assessment can be broken down into three main parts.
1. Selecting a human resource issue to study
2. Collect relevant evidence about your chosen issue
3. Writing your report
In your report you will explain the issue, evaluate potential solutions and provide your own opinon on the best course of action to address it. You must also integrate relevant business knowledge and a Maori business concept into your report. This report you submit to Flipped is what you will be graded on.
This assessment is based on on the NZQA 91383 achievement standard (version 2) document.
